MEET Gary Bucher, M.D.

For over 35 years, Dr. Bucher has been a leader in clinical care and research with HIV/ AIDS patients. He has felt the need to be on the forefront of advances and care for PWH. Dr. Bucher saw the rates of anal cancer increasing in PWH, MSM and other high-risk groups.
Dr. Bucher started referring patients for work up for abnormal anal pap smears (anal cytology) to colorectal surgeons. He soon found out that his patients were not getting the appropriate evaluation with high resolution anoscopy (HRA). His patients were examined with a rectal exam and a standard plain anoscopy. Subsequently, they were told that everything was normal when they could have had anal precancer that was not seen because an HRA was not performed. His patients felt a false sense of security that they were being evaluated properly and that all was normal.

Arminius Bucher is the Chief Financial Officer of Anal Dysplasia Clinic MidWest. He has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, and his expertise in finance, accounting and practice management has helped the practice grow and thrive.
Arminius is a graduate of Max Hachenburg Business College in in Mannheim, Germany and received his BA in Business and Business Law. He began his career in the travel industry with over 10 years of hotel management where he gained experience in a variety of areas, including customer service, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
Veva Riley
Chief Experience Officer
Veva has 20+ years of leadership experience in operations, facilities management, strategic planning, staffing, resource allocation, budgeting, compliance, and training to partner as a viable team member for organizational success. In her role as the CXO, she is responsible for creating and delivering presentations and proposals to clients. Identifying, developing, negotiating and facilitating the onboarding of potential clients and partners. Researching and analyzing market trends to devise strategies for new business opportunities. As a seasoned and successful people expert with a consistent record of delivering outstanding customer satisfaction and employee mentorship, Veva has a reputation for building strong relationships with customers and clients resulting in retention and company loyalty.
